This white stallion was the Alpha of the band. Much larger than most and not overly aggressive but strong in choosing when to act. Though protected by The Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burro Act of 1971, these animals can still be victim to harsh roundups. The best proposed solution to regulate wild horse numbers is to use a sterilization shot.
